Our menu blends traditional Indian flavors with creative twists — thinkPaneer Tikka paninis, Bombay sandwiches, and other crave-worthy handhelds. We pride ourselves on quality ingredients, warm hospitality, and a welcoming work environment where team members are valued and respected.Prep + Line Cook Duties (role includes both) Assemble and plate signature sandwiches, rice bowls, and wraps to exact recipes Prep fresh ingredients, portion daily, maintain food safety standards Batch cook sandwich fillings following exact recipes Assist with spice kit packaging Keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked during service Work efficiently during our busy lunch and dinner rush Generalkitchen prep and light cleaning at shift end Qualifications Strong attention to detail, consistency, and hygiene Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player Thrives in a fast-paced, friendly environment Schedule & PerksHours: Mon–Sat 10:30am – 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 6:30pm (no late nights – perfect for culinary students or as a 2nd job!)
